Roasted Parmesan Potatoes

Ready to impress? Satisfy your taste buds with the savory flavors of our roasted parmesan potatoes. Each bite offers a delightful crunch, followed by a burst of cheesy richness that will leave you craving more.


1. Start by cutting your potatoes in half lengthwise and score the potatoes. I made a tic tac toe pattern.

2. Next combine the butter, steak seasoning, Italian seasoning and parmesan cheese into a pyrex dish. Mix until it forms a nice paste and then spread along the bottom of the dish evenly.

3. Place the potatoes face down in the parmesan mixture.

4. Drizzle olive oil or spray duck fat spray across the top of the potatoes. This helps to brown and crisp the potatoes.

5. Roast in the oven for 30 minutes at 400 degrees F.

6. Let rest for a few minutes. Serve warm and enjoy!

Cook time: 30 minutes

1 bag of golden potatoes

1 stick of melted butter

1 Tbsp Italian seasoning

1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Olive oil or duck fat spray
